Leather Care 

To help maintain and preserve the beauty and appearance of your handbag and other leather goods, we recommend the following:

• Do not expose your leather to cleaning products such as detergents, saddle soaps or any product containing silicone or solvent and as they can damage your leather accessory.
• Avoid your leather goods having any contact with makeup and other beauty products.
• Keep leather products away from humidity and rainwater damages. If it does get wet, dry it at once with a soft cloth in order to avoid staining and rippling.
• Never use artificial heat to dry your bag.
• Avoid over exposure to sunlight and intensive heat in order to preserve its aspect and color for a long time.
• Clean all leather accessories with a suitable polish or cream – always test a small non-visible area first (such as the base) before cleaning the whole bag.
• Do not fold your leather products against the natural shape of the scales as that can deform it.
• Always cover your leather with a non-porous fabric when spraying or cleaning around it.
• Do not tamper with the original color of your leather products without sorting professional help from an authorized leather handler.

Jewellery Care 

Our jewellery is made of precious and semi-precious stones and need special attention, which can ensure they luster, and last for a very long period of time.

• Store your jewellery in individual boxes or pouches to avoid tangling, scratches and brushing against other jewellery or metal.
• Use a soft cloth to remove dirt on jewellery. If a cleaner has to be used, ensure it is a non-abrasive cleaner and is suitable for the particular stone.
• Gemstones should be stored in constant temperature and away from sunlight as constant change in temperature can cause it to crack.
• Avoid jewellery contact with water – ensure that you remove your jewellery before showers and swims.
• Always apply lotions, cosmetics, hairspray and perfume before wearing your jewellery.

Other Products Care 

Because we want all your products to last long and remain a good investment, we recommend each item be taken care of based on its specific need.

• Sequins, embroidery and other delicate fabric or beads may be lost or damaged if worn in conditions where continual rubbing occurs.
• Sequins and beads may become discolored if brought into contact with alcohol-based liquids.
• Suede accessories should be cleaned with a crepe brush that removes dust, marks and dirt.
• Canvas bags can be cleaned with cool water and mild soap on a clean cloth. Please be certain to thoroughly test an inconspicuous area prior to actual stain removal to avoid uncontrollable variations in material reaction.
• Stainless steel, zinc alloy and other metals should be stores separately from each other and cleaned often with a dry cloth to maintain its shine.
